A New ME

Well, I am already getting heat from Courtney that I haven't blogged lately, so here I am again. Today was a really hard day for me. I have been training for the last 5 weeks to become a Jazzercise instructor. It has been very intense. It has been fun, but I didnt pass the audition. I as she put it just need a little bit more time. I am "on the bubble"!!! So now begins the training for the June Audition. The more I think about it, the more I am determined to be extremely successful at this. It is a LOT of fun and I LOVE to work out... so why not get paid to do what you love??? On the up side of all of this, I got on the scale this evening... I will give an update for tomorrow morning.... I have lost 15 pounds in this process!!!!! Yeeee haaaaa!!!! That right there is worth all of the effort in the WORLD!!

I know too, that going through this process will hopefully be a great witness to my kids. I want them to see the hard work and dedication that can go into something you love. As well as just because you don't make it, that is no reason to quit and not try again.... Finally they get to see that it is ok to cry when you are sad... and you don't get what you want... But for now... I will continue my work and luckily the routines are the same....

The kids are doing great... Though Christian has thrown up twice today and two days ago...The girls are doing well loving school. Jon I think is ready for summer...But he is enjoying studying World War II and loving that. They are all growing up too fast... Keith is doing well and enjoying his job. I hope this finds you all well. We are looking forward to spring and summer. See you soon.....

I am so proud of you! Not just for posting either. :) You need to realize that you are a great witness to your children not just with the Jazzercise. Every day you show them immense love, kindness, understanding, compassion, work ethic, & life. You live everyday with a purpose & that in itself is so amazing! You truly have come so far. Your dedication to this not only because of goals but because of your enjoyment of the process is inspiring. Know that not only are there appearance changes that everyone can see, but there are internal changes that glow everytime you talk about the classes, the routines, & the people you have become friends with.I love you....
